Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant transactions most of us ever encounter. My goal is to make the experience as painless as possible for my client. My years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and project management have given me the background to bring together even the most complex set of circumstances to close the sale. I will be with you every step of the way from giving recommendations on properly staging your home for the sale, coordinating property showings, negotiating all offers received, and managing the details to get you to closing.
For buyers, I will show you only homes that meet your requirements. I will assist you in finding a lender, obtaining pre-approval for financing, draft offers that protect your interests, and provide you professional advice throughout the process.
