We started Lighthouse Listings because we were frustrated at all the cluttered and complicated real estate websites out there which require you to become a member in order to use and charge outrageous rates on top of that. We also had new ideas and ways to provide both buyers and sellers a better marketplace to showcase their home and to do business. Experiencing those frustrations along with a pool of new ideas, we set our goal to provide buyers a simple, well laid out website where they can quickly find the exact home they are searching for and to provide sellers, whether owner, realtor or investor, a very easy, very affordable, very ellegant and very effective way to present their home to their intended target audience. Doing all of this while maintaining both buyer and seller confidentiality and providing a secure place to do business. To bolster our goals lies our philosophy of simplicity along with great functionality which is what dictates our design and development strategies for our website and for future improvements. The simplicity in our website design as well as the underlying code allows our visitors to truely have a hassle-free experience, whether it be searching for a home or adding a property listing. Even if you're not at your desk, you can just as easily browse through our website on a laptop or PDA. Along with our simple design, we also include a wide range of superior functionality which we believe is our greater strength and what separates us from other real estate sites.
