I have been a realtor, seller and home buyer so I can appreciate each position. Having realized early that doing things that are creative was my strength has brought me to home staging. My family and friends often consult with me on paint colors for a room, a piece of furniture or the right accessories. I am now a certified home stager through Home Staging Resource; which is the most comprehensive home staging program and a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR).

In-Home Evaluation - Every client has different budgets so we tailor services to fit those specific needs. We begin with a walk-through of the home and assess what staging needs the home has and what should be done. We do this from a buyer's prospective, discussing your home's positives as well as its challenges, and offer changes to give it the "WOW" factor.
"Top-Ten" Priority Report - The "Top Ten" report is for homes that are well underway but may need a little extra attention. This customized report focuses on the top ten things that could be done to assist the seller in readying their home for a faster sale.
½ Day Staging - We spend up to four hours giving homes that are well on their way, a little extra attention and expertise.
Full Day Staging - We spend a full day (approx. 6 hrs.) ensuring that your home will show at its finest. You won't believe the difference a day can make!
New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend - We will spend two full days preparing the house for its "coming out" day. Don't lose the opportunity to make a great first impression! Call us before you put that house on the market or have that first Open House.
"Do It Yourself" Action Plan - The "Do It Yourself" (DIY) Action Plan is an extensive report detailing all of the actions a By Sight Redesign & Staging consultant would take to transform your home as well as vendor recommendations We give you the expertise so you can take the time to do the packing and staging yourself.
½ Day Fine Tuning - Ideal for a final "tune-up" after the home seller has completed the DIY Action Plan. The focus is on creating "emotional connection" points in order to market the home to its fullest potential. We give the home a final "model home" look.
