I love this business.  I love working with people and their housing needs.  I grew up as a "service brat" and loved being the navigator when we went house hunting.  This naturally transferred to my life's occupation.  Seeing people's visions and helping fulfill them is really satisfying.  I have been in the profession for over 27 years and have continually added to my knowledge base.  I began by acquiring my Brokers license.  I have attented many classes and seminars, and have been awarded the CRS designation as well as E-Pro and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.

Tampa Bay is a wonderful place to live. We have something for everyone, covering every facet of life from the arts to sports, a dynamic business community and a climate that offers year round activity. There are many neighborhoods offering different lifestyles, architectural styles and settings.  I know them all from South Tampa to Valrico, Tampa Palms, Lutz, Odessa, Carrollwood and from Old Northeast St. Petersburg to the Pinellas beaches.  I pride myself with having a vast market knowledge. There are so many nuances in each.  Some offer newer homes and wonderful community living and others offer older homes or wonderful infill new construction but in a more urban setting in close proximity to the downtown and Westshore business districts.  The waterfront properties can be very valuable, but some offer greater opportunities than others.  I can explain the differences.   It is also very important to me to carefully analyze the ever changing market.
