All agents claim to be the best and do the most. My clients can attest to the fact that I don't stop until my clients are happy, taken care of and fully protected. I'm not satisfied until we've exhausted all options and done all the research to make sure my clients get what they want at the right price. This means:
For Buyers:
Listening to them - determining their needs and desires.Showing them all houses on the market that meet their criteria (not just ones that are easy and beneficial to me...ie, FSBO's, listings offering any level commission).Thoroughly researching the house they've selected (tax records, archive search, comps, etc.) to help them determine a good offer.Providing them information that is easy to understand and will help guide them through the home buying process.Reviewing and explaining all the documents so that my clients completely understand the process, strategies available and consequences of each option.Keeping track of deadlines and communicating with all parties to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.Constant communication and follow through.Keep in touch long after the closing. If they have questions/problems I don't avoid them post closing.
For Sellers:
Listening to them - determining their needs and desires.Explaining the market to them and what is realistic (not promising them the moon and getting their hopes up).Guiding them with staging, pricing (due to market conditions) and the selling process.I take them to tour the competition. We check out the interior of every house that is on the market in their neighborhood to determine how the sellers' house compares which helps us to decide on a competitive price.Providing excellent marketing tools (I think outside the box and tailor my marketing for each house). Every listing gets maximum exposure on the internet and with local agents.Constant communication - I am prompt with returning calls/emails; give efficient feedback; send weekly (or more frequent) updates on showings, web site hits, etc.Explain negotiating strategies that will help get the best price and closing date that works for their situation.Follow up with agents in a timely manner.Guide them through every step of the process.Keep in touch long after the closing (I'm talking years)!

In addition to my work ethic, I have a law degree from Whittier Law School, Los Angeles. This has been extremely helpful when deciphering the contract, creating special stipulations and thinking of all the angles.
