Lisa Sawchuk, Certified Staging Professional, began staging homes in Winnipeg back in 2006 with great success.  Lisa was responsible for selling multiple properties with numerous offers above list price and within days of hitting the market.         

Shortly after moving to Calgary, Lisa took her Home  Staging talent and passion and created Alta Moda Home Staging & Interior Redesign.     With a Degree in Textile Science and Design, Lisa has also been passionately designing and marketing clothing and textiles since 1996.  Lisa has worked in New York, Los Angeles and China developing textile artwork and designing fashion colour palettes.  More recently, Lisa has added office interior design to her working portfolio.

Any Home Staging company will simply decorate your home; but a GREAT Home Staging company will turn your house into SOLD!

Verbal Staging Consultation:  I discuss my Staging suggestions and recommendations while going through each room of the property with the homeowners present.  Recommendations will include how to improve the look and feel of each room, what items to remove or replace and suggestions to improving the exterior curb appeal. 

I will also make larger recommendations such as new paint colours, flooring and lighting where I feel it is necessary in order to sell your home quickly.  Notes and a checklist will be given for the homeowner to proceed with their own Home Staging.  The 'Verbal Consultation' takes 1-2 hours. 

$199 for homes 2400 SqFt and under 

$249 for homes 2401 SqFt and greater 

(additional hours of consultation are $50 per hour)

Professional Staging Service:  With signed homeowner approval, I will proceed with Staging the property using the homeowner's existing  furniture and accessories.  Rented furniture and accessories can be brought in, if necessary.  This service begins with an in-house Verbal Consultation to discuss any preliminary work that must be done by the homeowner before Staging commences (ie. cleaning, painting, packing away any unnecessary items). 

(furniture and accessories rental include selection, delivery, Staging and take-away of rented items)

The cost of 'Professional Staging' is based on a per-project basis

In-Home Redesign (if you are not selling your home): 

This service is available for anyone wishing to update, revive and accentuate their existing décor. 

Consultation:  I will provide you with suggestions and ideas on what to change, remove and rearrange with your current furnishings in order to transform your space.  You are then free to make the changes as you see fit.  No written notes will be provided.

In-Home Consultation:  $129 per hour

Shopping Services: (accessories, furniture, artwork) $69 per hour
