What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  I am second generation real estate broker, and working in my father's real estate office, in Miami, FL., was my first job.  When I first received my real estate license I jumped in with both feet.  I am currently one of the directors of the Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors, committee member of the Women's Council of Realtors, and committee member of the Florida Assocation of Realtors.

Use this section to write about your specific areas of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller.  I do not feel that I have a niche, or specific area of expertise, but in my area of Marion County there are extremes from wonderful mobile homes, to million dollar horse farms, and I have had experience in both.  Locating just the right people to help each client obtain their new home, is a satisfying job, one which I thoroughly enjoy.
