Who I Am

My name is Jason Little. I'm a native Floridian from here in Central Florida and an active member of Central Florida Realty Investors. I work with a group of very experienced real estate investors who buy investment properties. Together, we buy houses in any condition with cash then fix them up and place people who need a home in them. We are literally improving property values and the economy one house at a time! I'm NOT a licensed real estate agent. I want to buy houses directly from sellers with cash so they can move on with their lives!
What I Do
I provide win-win solutions for people like you in need of selling a property fast. But let's face it, no one wants to just walk away. I enjoy working with someone who thinks there's no way out and spare them the headache, or worse, the heartache of having to turn your back on what used to be a home. Since I don't have to wait around for bank approval, I can close quickly, sometimes in as little as a week. This way, you get the cash you need as soon as possible. By working with a reputable Central Florida title company for every one of my closings, I ensure all of the proper legal paperwork is completed at the time of sale. The Title company is fantastic to work with and can really put your mind at ease about the confusing process. They're professionals and are there to help.  If there's a way to help you, I'm going to try.
Why I Do It
My primary goal in this business is to provide a scenario where as many people can benefit from it as possible. Although I make a living from fixing up houses, that's not why I do it. I'm in the people business. Houses are just sticks and bricks. It's the people who live in them and the surrounding community that makes a house a home. It's the people that make doing all of this possible.

Not only do I strive to help sellers out of tough situations but since I fix the properties up as well, I provide wages for the people who make a living working on them by keeping them busy with work during this tough economy. And because I buy houses that nobody else wants, I am also able to improve a neighborhood by fixing homes in disrepair which increases property values of the surrounding homes. It's a great feeling to have a neighbor come by during renovations and thank us for cleaning up an eye-sore in their neighborhood.
