Above And Beyond is a an Appraisal group that has come together to serve all of Long Island. Our aim is to know our area well, then we will always know the true value of the homes were appraising. We have zoned off all of Long Island and have divided among 5 different appraisers. We currently are looking for other appraisers for western suffolk and nassau. We do now service those areas but would love to refer it to someone in western suffolk and nassau in exchange for them throughing us work out east.

At Above & Beyond Appraisals we have a firm of professionals offering reliable services, accurate appraisals and Quick turnaround times! Most of the Appraisers have been in the field for over five years. We are now serving all of Long Island. We currently have 5 appraisers that work closely together. We have sectioned off all areas of Long Island. We are always looking for more experienced appraisers expecially for out West who are familar with the area.
I have 15 years in Advertising. My goal is to have a group of specialist in the Real Estate Field. Who take pleasure as I do in helping others by referring one another.
We are currently trying to help For Sale By Owners with open houses. I personally will go to the open house and host it. I will bring a gift bag for each protential buyer looking to buy there next home. In the gift bag is a gift from Home Inspector, Lawyer, Real Estate, Survoyer, Appraiser, Insurance Broker, Title Company and Loan Officers.
