Larry Mandel is broker and owner of Top Floor Real Estate where he manages all transactions, licensing and legal issues, commission disbursements, company expansion, and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) matters. He has developed his real estate agency to offer modern and multi-dimensional services to clients and agents.  He has instituted marketing programs that use state-of-the-art media technologies and communication avenues including Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, and My Space.

In 1999, Larry obtained his real estate license and joined John L. Scott Real Estate.  He was determined to become successful and he set company records by earning 34% more in commissions than any first year agent.  This remarkable achievement won him several awards and paved the way for many successful years ahead.  During his seven year tenure at John L. Scott, Larry developed marketing and sales programs that quickly became blueprints for other agents to follow.  He taught classes and mentored new agents.  After his first seven years as a top-performing real estate professional, he joined Windermere Real Estate, a moderately large western states company.

Being a strong proponent of continuing education, Larry pursued courses covering a wide range of real estate topics.  He received his Broker's license and many certifications in New Construction, Buyers Representative, Internet marketing, and Staging, to name a few.  Taking all that he had learned, Larry left Windermere to form his own real estate company.

Before he began his career in real estate, Larry worked in an innovative and challenging surgical practice as a business manager and diagnostic specialist.  Here is where he clearly demonstrated that he is a high achiever with excellent moral standards, work ethics, and integrity.  Those personal characteristics are at the very core of his remarkable success throughout his career.

Larry joined a young entrepreneurial medical ultrasound manufacturing company where he brought his considerable medical expertise to the business environment.  His value system of excellence and discipline in everything he does resulted in ten years of highly praised contributions to the strategy, design and development of products, developing business opportunities in a wide range of markets, and organizational development.
