Originally from the Midwest I lived in southern California prior to moving to the Gulf Coast of Florida. I understand the challenges that buyers will face when moving across the country or retiring from other states or countries.

My parents moved to Anna Maria Island in the late 1960's. My daughter and I have been visiting or living on Anna Maria since that time. I have also lived on Siesta Key, Perico Island, Bradenton and the Lakewood Ranch area.

I have been blessed the past few years with both wonderful clients and the ability to further my education. I completed my Certified International Property Specialist designation in 2015. In 2016 I became a member of the Million Dollar Guild with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I was also the #1 highest producing Single Agent in Closed Sales in the KW North Florida Region in July of 2016 with monthly sales over $4,700,000. I'm a former ALC member, a BOLD graduate and an Ignite and Shift instructor.

Real estate and architecture in particular has been a passion of mine since college. I have been a mortgage banker/broker, a real estate magazine publisher, architecture student, home builder and volunteer along with my daughter with Habitat for Humanity and a realtor since 2004. Volunteering to help others is a big part of my life as well. I've have been a volunteer with March of Dimes, Project Rehab, Grand Rapids Symphony, Boys and Girls Club, St. Judes's and Keller Williams Red Day among others. I look for opportunities each day to help others in my community.

I am a mother, grandmother and Boston Terrier owner.
