Lisa Morrigan, Broker:

Lisa comes from a family of real estate professionals.  Following in her father's footsteps, Lisa has developed a strong client based business in real estate.  Lisa is a firm believer that selling real estate is providing clients a personalized service to find the property that fulfills their dreams.

Growing up in Texas she learned the development aspect of real estate from concept to completion from her father.  Lisa has experience in sales of homes in coastal communities including Southshore, Bella Beach and Salishan.  She understands the value of home is not just in the house itself but is enhanced with the surrounding environment.

Lisa became attached to the Oregon Coast upon her search for a community to raise her family.  She understands and connects to people who are looking to re-locate to the Coast or for that perfect vacation or investment home.

Her oldest son, Tony, is assisting her real estate business by working to help with the maintenance of yards and the homes of her clients and is frequently assisted by his brother, Chris.  Tony is an avid surfer and knows the best places for surfing of all skill levels.  Her youngest, Alex, follows in the athletic nature of the family and is a skilled skateboarder in the area.

After working 25 years with the Boeing Company in Renton and Seattle, my wife and I decided to pursue our dream life on the Oregon Coast.  My career at Boeing provided me with experience working in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Management and Information Systems Departments.

During our time at Boeing, we had been visiting and investigating property on the Oregon Coast and finally purchased a lot on the ocean 15 years ago.

Since then, we travelled through Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, California and Washington looking at different communities to spend our retirement years.  During this time, we continued to visit the Oregon Coast investigating the real estate market and local communities.

Over time, we felt the lifestyle and community feeling on the Oregon Coast was perfect for us.  We went through an extensive process of evaluating whether to build or buy an existing home.  Finally, we decided to have our home designed and built on the lot we had purchased years ago and made the decision to live our dream life on the beach!

My wife, who also worked at Boeing, decided to enter the retail business and is now opening a boutique gift shop in Depoe Bay.  It's called Coastal Breeze and is located between the Sea Hag and Chowder Bowl restaurants.  We are enjoying our life on the beach and have never looked back.
