Raised by a single mom and traveling the world has given Lisa a unique perspective on culture and diversity. Lisa's understanding of hard work began as a child. She realized that to succeed, hard work was a necessity. This was realized at her first entrepreneurial experience at age 10 with her roadside "Mango" stand in Florida! This experience pushed her to delve into owning businesses from restaurants to transportation companies where she mastered her greatest skill, which is negotiation of contracts.
Seventeen years ago, Lisa changed her focus when, during the purchase of her own home, she realized that, here, was a medium where she could use her extensive contractual skills, love of client service and the excitement of helping families find their perfect home.
Lisa is a firm believer in constantly keeping up with the ever-changing world of real estate and therefore expanded her credentials to include the Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Luxury Home Specialist designations as well as continuing to represent herself and team as a top agent in Greenville. The past several years Lisa ranked in the top 100 agents in this market and her customer service and marketing skills open doors daily to continued success.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son engaging in boating, hiking and traveling. Their favorite pastime is trying new and different foods! She is especially involved in community activities and charities specifically as a Parent Liaison for the University Group Department of Pediatric Endocrinology; Diabetes Education Program. As the mother of a child with Juvenile Diabetes this foundation and work touches Lisa at the core and she goes over and above as a volunteer for various events in the community regarding Juvenile Diabetes Research. Lisa also is active in fund raising for the Miracle Hill Homeless Family Foundation and local Christian schools. Lisa also contributes to KW Cares from a portion of every real estate transaction she closes. Globally she contributes to the Fistula Foundation, which helps women in Ethiopia get the medical care they need.
