I've been a mortgage broker for the past 10 years working in the Sub Prime market and Alt A. I now specialize in the FHA loans and Alt A However I still have Sub Prime lenders to work with. I truly believe the clients best interest comes first. Even after 10 yrs I still get that warm filling when they get their keys that look in their eyes still gets to me.
