 I have a love for the real estate business and enjoy the challenges of the lending business. My goal is to try to help first time home buyers get into their 1st home. I have been in the business since 1988 and started in the lending aspect over 10 yrs ago. I have my mortgage brokers license in the state of Florida. I am with Lend America, a mortgage bank. We have many diverse programs which makes it easy to put people into the programs that work for them.

.The area I specialize in is first time home buyers. We have a Liberty Grant program that is exclusive to our bank. It is a downpayment assistance program that provides $8,350. to qualified buyers..basically FREE money...no pay back. This program is not based on FiCO scores so for those with credit challenges this program may be the solution to their problem. We work with realtors, collectors, mortgage brokers, attorneys all over the country. We lend in 30 states.
