Get to Know Tom McMahon
I came into the Real Estate industry in 2003 after 20 years in technology sales. During that time I was an active Real Estate investor and I eventually decided to make a living doing what I love; creating value in real estate. Anyone who owns Real Estate is an investor, whether thay approach their investment that way or not. I help my clients realize the maximum value for their Real Estate investments.
I am based in Will County IL and I work with individuals, builders, investors and institutions. I represent buyers and sellers and also put together investment groups for larger scale projects. I primarily work in the residential and land markets, but I have relationships with top experts in other areas including multi-family, industrial, retail and office.
I have a degree in Finance from Loyola University, have completed appraiser training at the Appraisal Institute (I am not a licensed appraiser), and I am a well trained and experienced negotiator form my previous career as a Software Account Executive.
I have been around this business my whole life. My mother is still a licensed Broker and my father was a homebuilder. I look forward to helping you achieve your financial dreams through Real Estate investment.

I actively follow the market for single family homes on large lots (1+ acres) in Will County specifically in Lincoln Way and Peotone school districts, I have listed and sold a number of these and I personally live on a 5 acre lot. I actively follow this market on a daily basis. If you are looking Green Garden, New Lenox, or Manhattan township, I has personally seen every house on acreage on the market.
