I was born and raised in Iowa and moved to Omaha in 1988. that same year I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson License.
In 1996 I obtained my Brokers' license ,of which only 5% of all Realtor have a Broker's license. I worked for a large company until 1996 and then started my own company as an independent Realtor and have been in the industry for 20 years plus. I have worked with all ranges of people, first time buyers, relocating , sellers . In 2015 I joined Maloy Real Estate after 15 years manageing my own independent company.
I have 2 children and 6 grandchildren, my daughter and her family live in Australia which I visited in December of 2007. What a beautiful country.I love anything to do with the outdoors, golf, tennis, horseback riding, water skiing and snow skiing.
I have worked with all area's of Real Estate. Being a farm girl most of my life I like acreages and land. I have worked with many first time buyers, explaining all the details of financing,escrow, earnest money, etc. I have sold luxury homes and smaller homes.
