A Perfect Combination of Technology and Real Estate Industry Knowlege
I began my web career at a dot com start up in lower Manhattan (World Trade Center to be exact). Starting as a web developer, I worked my way up to upper/middle management by becoming a web product manager of a job board called CareerEngine.com. If you have a good memory, you can remember that the end of the dot com boom came about just before the Trade Center was hit by the terrorists. Lucky for me, being a middle manager, I was let go 2 months prior to the attack.
How did I get involved in real estate you ask?
Right after the attack, I used the money from my severance package to start a web company that provided web application work to real estate companies. Before long I realized I can make more money utilizing my knowledge technology than I could selling it. I signed on with a real estate company and worked exclusively for them. Now I am the technology director for the company and looking to propel it into the top position in our market.
My Take on Real Estate
I like to think I offer a new concept in real estate by incorporating revolutionary marketing techniques; a firm commitment to client satisfaction and the application of the very latest tools of technology to give my customers the very best service the industry has to offer.
My revolutionary real estate techniques include a variety of strategies stemming from both state-of-the-art technologies and time tested traditional methods. Each strategy I develop is unique to its' purpose and is customized to target the best overall market for the sale of your home or property.
Client satisfaction is a fundamental part of my success. Each one of my customers will receive 100% dedication which results in my not only meeting my customers needs but exceeding their expectations with each and every transaction.
The application of technology and technology tools gives every customer I deal with the competitive edge needed to survive today's fast moving real estate market. Buyers will find homes faster, make offers quicker, have more choices and ultimately make better more qualified decisions when purchasing property. Sellers will reach larger markets, share more information and have access to several types of advertising media that will result in fewer days on the market, faster closings and the best possible selling price.
