Luke P. Travis, Esq. is an attorney in Fall River, Massachusetts, and concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, medicaid planning, real estate conveyancing, land use, zoning, estate administration and small business representation.  He is a graduate of Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School (1981), the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1985) and the New England School of Law (1989).  He holds a Commission as  Lieutenant in the United States Navy (Honorably Discharged in 1998) and a United States Coast Guard License as Third Mate Unlimited Tonnage.  He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar (1989).  Prior to joining Reed, Boyce & Travis, P.C. in 1998, Mr. Travis held law positions as an associate attorney with Wynn & Wynn, P.C. in Raynham, Mass., law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts District Court and as an Estate Planning Assistant with Capital Analysts of New England in Quincy, Massachusetts.  He is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (REBA), Bristol County Estate Planning Council (Past President), Rehoboth Business Association (Past President) and the Attleboro Chamber of Commerce.  He serves on the Town of Plainville Redevelopment Authority, is on the Human Rights Committee for Cooperative Production (non-profit serving   needs of disabled adults in the Taunton area) and serves as the current President of  Bristol Community College Foundation.  He also serves as a Corporator for Bristol County Savings Bank.

 

Mr. Travis resides in Plainville, Massachusetts with his wife Debra Travis and their two children, Sarah and Ian.
