Lucinda "Cyndee" Long is the founder and owner of Seaside Home Stagers LLC. Cyndee inherited her love for design and decorating from her mother who was both a stay-at-home mom and a working mom, but her passion and avocation was interior decorating. "My mother was either sewing new slipcovers or building something new for the house or planning her next project," Cyndee said. "She couldn't wait until the her issue of "House Beautiful" arrived." Like her mother, Cyndee always dabbled in decorating-with her own homes and the homes of friends. 

After she retired to Pawleys Island, Cyndee rediscovered her love for interior design when she and her husband built an addition to their home. Working in the corporate world for many years, she longed for the day when she would be in business for herself. So Seaside Home Stagers is a perfect marriage of her love for design and her work experience. 

But for Cyndee, it's mostly about helping people. "Whether it's making someone's home more sellable so they can move on to the next step in their lives or helping them to have a beautiful place in which to live now, I just really love working with folks to transform their homes," Cyndee explained. 

Seaside Home Stagers LLC is an HSR-certified professional home stager and redesigner and has completed the most comprehensive home staging and redesign certification course in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource (HSR). HSR is the first and only accredited staging training course having undergone an extensive quality control and accreditation process by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), the only third-party, governing association for the home staging industry.
