Having been a Realtor for over 3 decades, there is little that I have not seen or done over the course of my career. I have won awards, which are nice but my greatest reward is a happy customer and knowing that I have done the right thing. Always a consistent producer, my focus is on my client. I find that if I put the interest of my client first the pay back is tenfold. My areas of specialty are the counties of Montgomery, Frederick and Carroll in Maryland.
My underutilized area of expertise is horse farms. I breed and own race horses, so am very familiar with the needs of the gentleman farmer. However, if I based my focus of business solely on the farm market, I would have starved years ago.
First and move up buyers comprise the bulk of my business. Additionally, I have had particular success in selling condominiums. If a person can sell a condominium, they can sell anything. It was said of my area in the early 80s that getting rid of a condominium in Gaithersburg was tougher than getting rid of fleas. I developed a plan and helped a bunch of sellers find buyers for their condos. The idea is that first and foremost we are salespeople with a product to sell, each home and circumstance being different, it is our job to figure out how to get the job done.
