    Lyle was great. He walked us through all the paper work and at any point that we had questions, he would give more detail so that we understood exactly what to expect. He's very knowledgeable about the area and market. He was also patient. We saw many homes, but there were things we didn't like and so he kept looking for us and never got frustrated. He never pressured us to purchase any hone. His number one concern was for us to be happy.

    I would like to thank Lyle and Grace for their professional service. I had the opportunity to work with them in the recent sale of my parents house after they both passed away in a short period of time.     We want to thank you and your entire staff for your marvelous work in taking on and completing the sale of my mom’s house in Clairemont in such a short period of time.

    You were recommended to us as a person who can get the job done. After our first conversation we were convinced. Then, when we met to let you look over the house and see what you had to work with we were even more convinced. You explained the process, you gave us several sales options to be considered and you assured us that we were in control.

    If I recall correctly the viewing of the house was on a Wednesday. I told you I would let you know on Friday if you would be handling the sale. On Monday you notified me that you already had a number of telephone calls and a day later you said you had the first offer. Although it seemed to me to be a good offer you said to wait a little and let other buyers jump in. Others did and the amounts offered increased. To make a short story shorter, by week’s end we had a firm offer and were headed for escrow. The whole process only took about two weeks from beginning to end.

    We would gladly recommend Lyle and Grace Caddell to anyone wanting to sell a piece of property. We were kept in the loop continuously. If we had questions they were answered promptly in a way that made us feel comfortable. Never once did we have to wait on the line or call back because you were unavailable.
