Hi there, I'm Lynne Joyce, an Associate Broker specializing in the marketing and sales of unique Seacoast properties in New Hampshire and Southern Maine. 

Roots in Real Estate

My roots in the real estate industry extend to my teenage years, when my mom managed her own independent real estate company.  When selecting a firm to launch my own career, Tate & Foss Sotheby's International Realty was the only choice.  My husband, Shawn, and I purchased a home listed with the agency, so I had first-hand experience as a customer.  With my background, enthusiasm and the unmatched depth of the agency's real estate expertise, it was destined to be a winning combination. I have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer.  Tate & Foss Sotheby's International Realty is a long-established, independently owned and operated real estate agency with deep roots in the Seacoast communities of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Our exceptionally experienced team of Brokers is well-known throughout the Seacoast. Although having a reputation for selling a vast majority of the Seacoast's luxury homes, these properties represent only a portion of our residential listings. We believe all homes are created equal. Education and Experience

I earned a BA (Psychology/Business Administration) from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA (Marketing Management) from Northeastern University.  I have 20+ years of experience in marketing (planning, research and communications), advertising, client services and project management for companies including Putnam Investments, Tidewatch Market Research and MicroArts Creative Agency.

At Home on the Seacoast

I live in Rye NH and, with the exception of a few years in Boston MA, am a lifelong resident of Southern NH.  Since leaving a fast-paced life in the city, I have fully enjoyed a more down-to-earth lifestyle on the Seacoast.  Shawn and I walk the beach every morning with our black Labrador Retriever, Beau.  We are members of the Wentworth By-The-Sea Marina.  When I am not meeting with clients or working on their behalf, my favorite pursuits include tennis, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, yoga, cycling, international travel, creative marketing projects and spending quality time with friends and family.
