M7 Property Group  was founded in 2012 by Erin Holloway and Nathan Mankin with Keller Williams Realty. We learned we couldn't do it all by ourself and decided join forces to build a real estate group.  A group built on integrity and serving our clients and our community.  We know our clients matter.  They are real people not just a transaction.  A lot takes place in a home.  We decided to hire people who have the same drive as we do.  We focused on hiring people smarter, harder and who work better then ourselves, but don’t have the tools and coaching to accomplish their goals.  Keller Williams Realty has taught us a lot and we don’t want to keep to ourselves.  We want to share what we have learned and help people accomplish their goals.  Gary Keller, one of her mentors and owner of Keller Williams Realty, wrote a book called The One Thing that came out just this year, 2013. The basic gist of the book is about focusing on one thing, enabling you to complete that thing with excellence.  By reading this book, we learned to focus on one thing instead of trying to do everything at the same time ourselves.  It is in this way that our clients can be helped to the fullest.  This is one of the main reasons M7 Property Group was created.  This way whatever she is doing she can focus on that The One Thing we are doing at that moment and not worry about another client or task that begs our attention. Each group member can focus on one thing that is theirs.  The group consists of a administrative/marketing director who focuses on administrative tasks and internet marketing, and a listing specialist who focuses on getting houses sold for more money in the least amount of time.  M7 Property Group, a full service group, also specializes on homes that don’t sell the first time by using a top notch marketing plan to get them sold.
