Being a financial planner allows me to truly help clients with their mortgage needs. I develop a comprehensive income and cash flow analysis so that the c lient gets the right mortgage at the right price and one that they can afford. In my practice I am regulated by, and registered with, the state of New Jersey as a Registered Investment Advisor and therefore work in a fiduciary capacity. This means that I ALWAYS do what's right for the people/families I work with.
Working in this way helps real estate agents I assist because they get cleints that are pre-approved with a mortgage lender for a mortgage they WILL get.
I specialize with buyers who are looking for sub-prime, jumbo or FHA loans. I also do a great deal of cash-out refinances based on my financial planning experience. I show people how to consolidate debt, reduce their monthly payments and in the end afford (perhaps) moving into the home of their dreams.
