I am a full-time real estate professional and have been for five years. I'm serious about helping my clients and customers achieve their real estate dreams in the North Georgia Mountains. I spent a lot of my time workint short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. I also work with developers from researching and purchasing raw land to developing the infrastructure on the property through the construction and sale of completed homes. I have special training in the art of negotiations which enable me to strongly represent my clients during the all-important negotiation process. I work with buyers to find the home they have always wanted, whether it be riverfront, lake side, mountain view, or just a little getaway in the hills. My years of experience in marketing enable me to create effective marketing plans for properties listed for sale with me. Areas of special experience include second homes, retirement homes, investment properties, recreational homes, and commercial properties.
