Mandy is a native of the Olathe-Montrose area and has a passion for all things real estate. She started her career right out of high school as a RE/MAX agent. From there Mandy went on to work as a corporate real estate specialist for Xcel Energy in Denver, dealing with high profile commercial and industrial projects covering a multi-state area. From these experiences, Mandy decided to start her own real estate company and move back to the Montrose area. Norris-Snell was founded using new innovative ideas that help Mandy provide better services to clients and customers through new technologies and through new ways of doing the real estate business. Mandy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) with a management concentration from Mesa State College. She also is a member of the City of Montrose Planning Commission. Mandy is married to Isaac Snell and has a son named Colton.
