| Manny wasn't referred to me and I didn't know him prior to working with him. He called me after my previous agent couldn't sell my home, so I knew he was a proactive and aggressive agent, which is exactly what I needed because I had already moved up north and had to rent out my home. I was losing money every month in the rental so I couldn't afford to be wrong again. | Awesome team! I worked with both Manny and Stephanie to purchase my home. I was previously using another Realtor agent and after 2 years of searching and searching and losing offers to other bids with my previous agent, I switched to Stephanie and Manny and it was the BEST decision I made. When we found my perfect home, they worked hard daily to stay in communication with the seller's agent and myself so that my offer would be accepted. Once my offer was accepted they continued to work hard so that the process from the beginning of escrow until the end would be seamless and smooth....and it was! I did not have to stress about anything! They both constantly communicated with me and helped me with any questions or concerns that i had. If it had not been for their hard work, I would have probably not been in my new home now. They are both very honest, hard working, professional and have great communication. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again! Great team! |
