Marcele's successful business career spans nearly 3 decades; 25 years in the bridal industry as the eventual owner of Affordable Elegance on Route 17 and nearly 5 years with Gateway as a consistant top producer. In addition to her GMAC certifications for Quality and Premier Service, Marcele holds a BA degree in business management with associate degrees in Interior Decorating and Fashion Design. She has lived in Hasbrouck Heights for over 20 years.
Managing a staff of 35 sales agents at Gateway, Marcele is charged with overseeing the agents' training, providing them with technological support/coaching and facilitating their use/expertise of Gateway's advanced marketing practices. "As a service business, we are constantly improving the support we provide to our sales professionals so that they, in turn, can give our customers the best in service and home marketing expertise."
Marcele's primary goal since assuming the role of Office Sales Manager is to recruit & prepare new and experienced real estate agents to company resources and practices.
