Professionally, I have been through many courses to become well versed in the real estate world. Through the National Association of Home Builders I have been through the training courses to become a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, as well as, a Certified New Homes Professional.
My expertise relates to residential real estate and most specifically New Home development, construction and sales. I currently manage Kolter Homes communities throughout the state of Florida. Our communities range from condominiums, town homes, single family homes and custom luxury residences in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart, Hobe Sound, Port St. Lucie, Orlando, Deland, Fort Meyers, Jacksonville and more.
