I have been a full time agent since 1987.  I was a 3rd grade teacher for 6 years before entering into the rental market in a condo community.  I then became a secretary in a new home real estate firm.  After a year I knew I wanted to be in sales. The first job I  got was as a subdivision agent.   As the people I sold to moved, they called me to find their next home.  That's when I became a buyer's agent and expanded into the resale market, as well as still doing new homes.   I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers.  I like to meet with people and help educate them on the process and the market before showing homes and before listing homes.  I have alot of patience and truly care about people.  I want it to be a good experience, so I work hard to help people find the home that best fits them and that they love.  I have a very good eye for fix-me-uppers and have the names of contractors that can do good work.  I also work with a custom builder who can build homes for people on their lots.  I'm very up to date on the latest loans and work almost exclusively with 3 mortgage people whom I trust.  I also have a program for credit challenged people that helps to get them on track.
