I am a beachboy living in the mountains of Washington state.  I am presently serviing as the President of the Local Realtors Association.  I also serve on the board of the local affiliate of Habitat of Humanity. 

I moved to Roslyn Washington because of the resort project Suncadia.  Suncadia is 6000+ acre resort community being built here in Roslyn WA.  I have many years working with developers and builders.    My extensive background in real estate has created a superior skill set and loyal client base.  I have experience with development, building, condominium projects, ranches, investment and commercial real estate.    I have developed a terrific book of business here in Washington and feel comfortable doing business with most people.  My referral business is expanding daily and my clients know me as a tough negotiator who gets things done.

I have worked in the industry for over 15 years and have been licensed in Washington, Hawaii and New Mexico.
