I know Los Angeles; after all, I'm a native.
Having grown up in L.A and having lived almost everywhere - from the beach to the Hollywood sign and everywhere in between (including the valley) - I have had the unusual opportunity of experiencing all the pros and cons that each community has to offer.
This in-depth knowledge of Los Angeles has benefited my business by qualifying me to work with buyers and sellers alike from all over town.
But I bring much more than just local know-how to my real estate practice. I earned a B.A. in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley, and subsequently applied this degree towards a ten year run designing sets for motion pictures, commercials and music videos.
My background in architecture and interior design not only benefits my clients when getting their home ready and staged for sale, but this background in the arts also greatly influences the marketing materials that I create for each individual property, thereby attracting more potential buyers to my listings.
In 2003 I joined Coldwell Banker's elite team of agents at their flagship office in Beverly Hills. Working alongside one of the nation's Top 1% of all agents, I received the highest level of training available, with a very specific emphasis in contract law. This comprehensive understanding of today's real estate contract has provided me with the ability to best represent my clients in a way that protects their contractual rights throughout the entire course of escrow.
