   I take pride in my 33 Years in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry, helping families navigate purchasing their 1^st home.  I worked for over 30 years as an FHA/VA underwriter so I carry with me a wealth of knowledge when it comes to getting your loan approved.  I am working with a number of great lenders here in the area that has all sorts of loans for the 1^st time home buyer.  We even have grants from the State of Missouri to help with the down payment.

   I have worked hard to surround myself with a great team of professionals to ensure the smoothest transaction for my clients including, but not limited to top notch lenders, qualified inspectors, through title companies, a complete list of "Handymen" and a good working relationship with many other real estate agents.
