Buying and selling real estate is a complex matter. At first it might seem that by checking local home guides or online sites that you could quickly find the right home at the right price. But a basic rule in real estate is that all properties are unique. No two properties - even two of the same models on the same street - are exactly alike. Homes differ and so do contract terms, financing options, inspection requirements and closing costs. In this maze of forms, financing, inspections, marketing, pricing, and negotiating, it makes sense to work with a professional who knows the community, and much more. My designations as an ABR, CRS, and GRI mean that I have extensive experience and training - and have been certified as a specialist in representing both Buyers and Sellers of residential real estate. My SRES designation(Seniors Real Estate Specialist) assures you that I have experience and knowledge in meeting seniors' specific needs. And that can make all the difference in the world. As we age, we demand specialists in our health needs, so why not in our housing and equity needs as well?

I represent Buyers and Sellers of residential real estate in the Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Allen, McKinney, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Garland, Sachse, Wylie, and Murphy.
Any Realtor can put a home for sale in MLS or take Buyers around to show them homes but what is really important to a client is the " Advice and Opinions" that they get from their Agent.
I have the Expertize, Experience,and Training that comes from years of selling homes and I strive to give my clients the Best Advise I can and my Honest Opinions (even if I know they do not want to hear what I tell them).
I take the time to explain contracts so that my clients understand what they are signing. I follow through with every aspect of the transaction to assure they are completed as required by the contract and that the closing goes smoothly.
Why do I do this? Because after closing I want my clients to be able to tell their friends and aquaintances that they can not find a better Realtor than Marie Walton.
