A 20-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Mark opened Hollander Financial Holding Inc. in 1993. He is the qualifying or approved party for all of the states that Hollander does business in. He is a FHA/HUD Direct Endorsement Underwriter. His responsibilities include manager, loan officer, and trainer. Mark has been hired to train other mortgage company’s loan officers and has given speeches at numerous mortgage industry events. Mark’s real enjoyment comes from helping his clients find the right program to match their individual set of needs. Mark’s philosophy is the sky isn’t the limit it’s the starting point.
Hollander Financial has been doing conventional deals since the companies doors opened but we started doing FHA and VA loans 15 years ago and have been experts ever since.
