One of my biggest pet peeves is industrial laziness. Hey, we all have our moments but when I encounter a professional that consistently fails to answer their phone or return messages or calls it becomes difficult to forget that negative aspect of that individual. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Common courtesy seems to be anything but that.
So, if you're looking to work with a person that returns calls and usually answers the phone (because it seems to be surgically attached to my hip) then give me a call.
I'm not a traditional broker. I got the license to facilitate my own real estate investing business and had the good fortune of hooking up with some reputable investors. (after some trial and error). They are looking to purchase distressed property anywhere in the USA. Single family, multi-family, commercial, performing and non-performing notes. One is specifically looking for student housing (50 or more units), mobile home parks (50 pads or more), self-storage (50 or more), multi-family (50 or more units), and Distribution Centers/Warehouses 20,000 sq. ft. minimum and all with current minimum market values of $2million to $200 million. The other investors are not so picky.
Focused primarily on finding properties, listed and otherwise for investors. Anywhere in the USA. Short sales, pre-foreclosure, REO, single family, multi, and commercial. Nonperforming notes also
