I’m Mark Shea with Sierra Pacific Mortgage, one of the top mortgage banking companies in the nation. | When I first contacted Mark inquiring about refinancing my house we could not come to a final deal based on a number of circumstances that were outside both of our controls. Mark took notes and knew what I was looking for. He followed up periodically, keeping me apprised of latest news and rates. We were finally able to get a refinancing completed. From the time he and his team contacted me to the time I closed the loan 16 days elapsed. Mark was in constant communication and when he said I would hear from someone or receive a correspondence it happened when he said it would. My experience with Sierra Pacific was a positive one. | I recently worked with Mark on a new home purchase. The purchase was difficult due to the seller's circumstances. We started the process in May of 2010 and finally closed in October. There were multiple roadblocks and many times it looked like the deal was not going to happen. Mark persevered and worked with us, the realtor, and the attorneys to ensure we were able to secure the house. Each week he would check in even if there was no new news. When our guaranteed interest rate was about to expire, he quickly filed an extension to keep us with that rate. As a result, we are in our new home and are extremely pleased with how everything went. We had no "surprise" costs at closing and everything was done professionally and with a great positive attitude. I would highly recommend Mark to work with any mortgage situation. |

| I was interested in learning more about a home-equity loan; so I approached Mark. He took the time to learn about my objective, and even though I would have qualified, he advised that at that my low interest rate on my credit card would be more favorable than a loan. As a result he did not make a sale, and I used my low-rate credit card to finance my business purchases. How many mortgage brokers do you know that would actually advise in YOUR interest even though it goes against THEIR interest?
