We charge $399.00 to list your home, $100.00 For the Electronic Lock Box (Used By Realtors) and .0055% when the home closes. That's right just over one half of one percent of the contracted sales price. We come to your home and take photos with our ultra wide angle lens and Cannon Equipment. We list your home in Both MLS Systems. (Be Aware Many Flat Fee Brokers only list in the Georgia MLS and that leaves you missing half the potential Buyer's)
We negotiate the contracts supply all required documents such as seller property disclosure and MORE! Flat Fee Listing is the new age Real Estate.
We are Local in Atlanta we're registered with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. We don't hire out your Listing to Third Party Brokers!
