I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Masachussets and an Accredited Staging Professional.  A member of the National Association of Realtors, the Masachusettes Association of Realtors, and The Berkshire County Board of Realtors. I am the designated broker at Berkshire Country Homes.  We work with buyers, sellers, and seasonal vacation rental properties. The resort and second home owner market is our specialty.  I have been trained by the National Association of Realtors to deal with the special needs of that niche market.  At BCH we have developed a multi faceted marketing program, which includes aggressive internet marketing and the more traditional print media.
