I have been a real estate professional for many years and have seen many market changes.  It's important for a Realtor to recognize a change in the market and be able to react to it.  I have a GRI designation which means going through intensive real estate training and passing various tests.  But all that aside, the real enjoyment for me is working with people to help them achieve their goals.  Whether it's a first time buyer, or a seller who is selling a home after living there for 30 years or more,  every situtation is different and rquires someone who will listen to your needs and desires.   It requires someone who will give you good advice and explain all your options.  It requires someone you can trust.  I have many testimonials that refer to my ability to listen, my patience and my knowledge.  Buying or selling a home can be stressful.  I try to minimize that stress by diligent follow-up, attention to the details, and frequent communication.  And if we can have a few laughs along the way, so much the better.
