Get to know Marshall Henry
As a Realtor it is always important to remember why you are in the profession. My goal is to help the client navigate through the many steps that it takes to buy or sell their particular piece of property or that special home. The client's needs will always come first in my role as a professional Realtor. Their satisfaction and happiness, with the final closing makes it all worthwhile for me. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, West Central Association of Realtors (local MLS). I am also a member of the Big Rapids-Powerleads Chapter IV, which is a group of local service professionals who use networking to increase the number of leads for each of the members. I also have non-member affiliation with the Central Michigan Association of Realtors. My special interests include golf, boating, basketball (registered game official and former coach), and I own 2 classic cars (1969 SS 396 Chevelle and 1953 Oldsmobile 88) and a member of the local car club. I was a founding member of Leukemia Research Life, Inc., which is affiliated with Children's Hospital of Michigan. With my background of life experiences I feel this makes me a well-rounded individual who can better serve the needs of my clients in real estate.

As a Realtor in Michigan I have had the opportunity to work with many clients who had specific needs in real estate. I have been involved in both selling and the listing of homes in a wide price range. I have also listed and sold commercial property. With our location in west Michigan I have helped both buyers and sellers find that special piece of land or resort property to fulfill their recreational desires in our great outdoors. I have had the opportunity to do Broker Price Opinion's for REO (a major bank foreclosure firm), which gave me further experience in developing skills in pricing homes for potential listers. Through the years I have worked in a seller's market and buyer's market. This has enabled me to know what to do in order to help a potential buyer or seller get the best price or offer on a home or property. I have attended numerous real estate classes to continue to improve my skills and understanding of real estate.
