My experience starts as an agent, then broker, national training and speaking, national and international relocation, managing an office for 4 years and full circle back to selling and listing homes. My managing experience was irreplacable in problem solving both for buyers and sellers, I took over an office that was sinking in the "red" and turned it around in one year to a positive monetary position. I was rewarded 2 years later by being selected by my peers in our 12 offices (over 1,200 agents) as manager of the year, but even as much as this meant, the award I received from my own agents as the best manager, mentor and coach was my highest achievement.
