After staging the property, I held an open house, bringing in a grand piano with a young aspiring pianist who entertained our guests for the afternoon, hired a caterer prepared marketing materials, and effectively marketed the home, resulting in approximately 200 guests. The home sold to an open house guest's significent other--assisted by their realtor, within 30 days. That encouraged me to establish my identity as a luxury home niche marketing specialist.
