Matilde Aguirre has been a full-time Realtor since 1997. She ranks among the top ½ of 1% of Realtors nationwide. Prior to that, Matilde was Mayor for the City of Sweetwater. Moreover, she worked as CPA in private practice for ten years and started as an auditor with Price-Waterhouse & Co. in 1978. Ms. Aguirre holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in Accounting, as well as a Master of Science in Taxation from Florida International University.
Matilde Aguirre is a Certified International Property Specialist, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, and a Sales Power Certified Mentor for Tom Ferry's Sales Power Course for RE/MAX agents.

Matilde's passion is commercial real estate. Due to her accounting and finance background commercial real estate became her passion. Matilde has sold commercial real estate in the tri County areas of Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County.
