Steve R. Daria, Co-Founder of Maxim Realtors, was born in Florida and shortly after moved to New Jersey where he spent majority of his childhood and adolescence. Upon the conclusion of his high school career in Jersey, he moved to Florida to attend and graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University with an entrepreneur concentration in Business Management.

 While in college he ventured into real estate personally purchasing, improving and eventually selling homes his own homes. This led into obtaining state licensure for real estate. Steve became a Realtor in 2002 and over the years spent time developing his real estate expertise in a variety of sectors including income producing real estate, luxury home sales, buying and flipping and property management.  In 2006, Steve obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker's license where he and his sister, Jennifer Daria, opened Maxim LLC Realtors in August of the same year. Jennifer, a licensed Realtor, has been a key factor in growing the property management division, day to day accounting and overall agent support / management.

It is in Maxim Realtors mission to have agents, most of which have never owned their own company, to begin thinking like the CEO's of their real estate business thus building their own organizational structure. It is also in this corporation's mission to ensure they are providing continual resources and education to our agents in order for long term growth and prosperity.
