Steve R. Daria, Co-Founder of Maxim Realtors, was born in Florida and shortly after moved to New Jersey where he spent majority of his childhood and adolescence. Upon the conclusion of his high school career in Jersey, he moved to Florida to attend and graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University with an entrepreneur concentration in Business Management.

 While in college he ventured into real estate personally purchasing, improving and eventually selling homes his own homes. This led into obtaining state licensure for real estate. Steve became a Realtor in 2002 and over the years spent time developing his real estate expertise in a variety of sectors including income producing real estate, luxury home sales, buying and flipping and property management.  In 2006, Steve obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker's license where he and his sister, Jennifer Daria, opened Maxim LLC Realtors in August of the same year.  In 2018, they exited in the sale of Maxim Realtors.  Thereafter, Steve has been personally investing into off market properties, still assisting past clients and working with Data Center developers and clients.
