Mindy has been actively practicing real estate sales and investing in properties for over fifteen years. As an agent with Williams & Stuart she shares in a unique approach to listing properties and assisting buyers.

Together with her husband Bruce, they prepare their clients home for sale by arranging everything from cleaning basements and removing excess belongings to yard and landscape projects. This is all done with the assistance of their maintenance department.

First time home buyers are especially appreciative of the expertise and guidance Mindy has to offer. She educates and assists her clients from the pre-approval process to the closing table and often times beyond with advice and referrals for any projects the new homeowner may want to tackle.

Formerly of James Kaplan Jewelers, a family run business for over forty years in Cranston, Mindy learned firsthand from her parents and grandparents that offering service above and beyond expectations is what leads to success.

Mindy was born and raised in Cranston however presently resides in Wickford with her husband, four children, two dogs and a cat.
