Get to know Margery Stern
Being in the real estate business for over 15 years and mortgage banking for 10 years previous gives me a unique background to serve both my buyer and seller clients. Attention to detail ensures that potential problems are spotted before they become reality. My pledge to the buyer is that I will find them the best home for their circumstances at the best possible terms with the least amount of hassle. My pledge to the seller is that I will sell their home for the best price and terms possible, in the shortest period of time with the least amount of turmoil during the selling process. I am well known and respected in the Realtor community, making me an agent other agents are happy to work with.
I own my own small independent brokerage. I take on new agents only through personal knowledge of that person or a referral from one of the agents in my brokerage. I do not allow dual agency, the listing agent must find an agent in our brokerage to represent the buyer or refer them out of the brokerage.
Languages spoken fluently enough to explain a contract are English, and I speak Southern. We serve Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Clarke and Fauquier Counties.

I have lived in Northern Virginia for most of my adult life, buying a home in Woodbridge, then Falls Church, and now Loudoun County. I have lived in Sterling since 1992, most recently in the Lowes Island section. My two children were born in Virginia, as was one of my grandchildren. I have seen immense growth in this area and am very familiar with all of Northern Virginia. I offer patience, honesty and my best effort to all my clients.
My credentials include: Accredited Buyer Representative, meaning I have taken courses in buyer agency, enabling me to competently represent buyers, e-Pro certification meaning that I have special expertise and knowlege in internet marketing, and I am a licensed real estate Broker since January, 2000, which requires rigorous course work and passing a difficult exam with in depth knowledge of real estate laws and practices.
