I have operated as an independent contractor the past eleven years as the owner of a company. I engaged myself as a property locator for investors as well as individuals who were looking for investment property and/or for personal residences. I would do all the footwork in making sure that if a property were to be purchased it would have clear title, no outstanding liens. I would have all inspections done as well as estimates and scheduling of any maintenance needed. I would also obtain permits that would be needed to perform renovations. I would get the properties ready for inspection by ensuring that city codes were met to be able to obtain a CO.

I have also assisted individuals looking for rentals by locating properties for them to rent.
I have worked as a subcontractor under various bank servicing companies by sending crews out to secure and maintain foreclosed bank owned properties as well as perform photo inspections when needed. I have held several positions in Atlanta as a leasing agent.
