Peggy Meeker Realtor of Choice: I have been a full time active realtor for over 18 years. I have numerous awards ranging from The Century 21 Ruby designation for 3 years running, The Prestigage Century 21 Emerald Award; and the designation of One of Top 10 Real Estate Agents For the State of Arkansas.
My local awards include the local Jonesboro Board of Realtors Designation os Gold 3 years running; Multimillion dollar designation; serving as Secretary of the Jonesboro Board of Realtors. I am active in the local Jonesboro Board of Realtors, the State ARA and the state NAR. I along with Century 21 am very proud of my activity with the annual support of the Local Nursing Home Christmas project. We visit at Christmas and take each client a teddy bear many don't have family so it is a delight to talk with them and see the joy a small bear can brink. I help orgainzie our yearly food drive for the local Salvation Army shelter where many people are fed daily. The Celerberty Bell Rinigng at Christmas has local Celerbities particiapating in the Salvation Army Bell Ringing that helps fill the Red Kettle to provide meals and toys for those in need in our community at Christmas. I really enjoy the participation in these charities. Giving back is part of my character so it is fulfeeling to help.
Choosing a Realtor is quite like choosing a Doctor you want someone that is educated, experienced, and qualified to diagnose and treat you to make you well as quickly as possible.
In choosing a Realtor, in a sense, you want the same qualifications as you want in your Doctor. After all you are putting your most valuable asset in the hands of someone who will be helping you to make one of the biggest moves of your life. As with your Doctor you have the right to interview the Realtor ask questions and make sure they are qualified to accept such a large job as helping you sell or buy a home.
